As part 7 and 8 shows us the Joestar family tree contorts because Johnny doesn't marry Erina in this timeline. There is no Lisa Lisa to birth Joseph because there was no Erin's to save her so the Joseph and Elizabeth in that timeline is by name only. Holly gives birth to a daughter and Kira. There is no Jotaro. Even the characters that remain in the new timeline bear no semblance to the ones all through part 6.
