Don't get me wrong, I am not discrediting those who vote or trying to take away from that. I just comfortably know who I am and where I stand on the government as a whole.

In my mind, there have not been any red flags, that is, things that I personally consider to be red flags. I highly encourage for people who do want change/want to keep things the way they are to go out and vote for those respective candidates.

Edit: But you did get me thinking that I probably should pay more attention to local issues. I might not put down roots ever in my life, but that stuff does have a much more immediate effect than other things do.
