| Mr Lasastryke 11/11/18 9:14:50 PM #17: | yeah, the original video is the one for da funk. i love the fresh video (why didn't daft punk direct more videos?!), and for many more reasons than a beach being the featured location. i love how... ambiguous it is. it shows charlie the dog having a negative experience (trying to explain something to the director who isn't listening) and a positive experience (talking to his girlfriend). gives it a very "slice of life" feel. also, endings are very important to me so i love how it ends with an appreciation for the sea. and i'm a sucker for continuous long takes. i didn't link to it when i recommended the track, though, because i see it as a short film rather than a "music video." the video kind of overshadows the music. --- Geothermal terpsichorean ejectamenta ...
