Topic	Do you think Last of Us 2 will outdo Red Dead Redemption 2 in terms of story?

Regardless of how it may ramp up, thats way too far along to still feel like things are being set up. Theres like 3? separate minor antagonists, two of which Ive only directly encountered twice and one I basically only know about because Ive been slaughtering his goons wholesale. None of them seem to be the focus, and the game doesnt seem to want to commit to making me hate my peersfor realsies.
