I agree. It had some flaws and rough edges, but all in all, it was pretty solid. Honestly, the main reason I play modern FOs is to explore the world, and IMO 4's setting is much better done than 3/NV. The character progression system is awful, and the game focuses too heavily on settlement building, but I still found it fun. --- I...I shall consume.
