I'm old, why does this mean anything? The Wave Master posted... David Arquette has lost whatever was left of his mind after the divorce from Courtney Cox. I guess being the former WCW Champion wasn't enough, and now he gets his kicks from smashing light bulbs in terrible Independence wrestling shows, and nearly killing himself in the process. Nah, I give him credit. It's been mentioned multiple times that he was always an old-school wrestling fan from way back, and even he said the idea of him wrestling in WCW was bad and it was an absolutely terrible idea to win the belt, but he was overruled because Vince Russo is and has always been an idiot. And because of that, Arquette has basically been the butt of jokes about it ever since. Basically, he's gotten sick of getting made fun of for 20 years about how an actor and non-wrestler won the title, so now he's decided he's actually going to be a bad-ass semi-legit wrassler and try to earn some respec. If anything, he's showing that he's got more respect for the business at this point than most of the people in it (in the WWE, at least).
