Maybe a low tier MCU film and that's still a huge maybe. Kitt posted... the special effects looks odd considering the Rocky production. I don't get this reference. But it looked like any new superhero/action movie with heavy CGI. It's not a reference to anything, the production of the movie is a well known shit show riddled with re-shoots and executive meddling, including the firing of the initial director in the middle of making the film. And believe it or not, some movies look better than others gasp. What makes this one even more sad is that it looks bad even with a $300 mill budget. Looks about as bad as Black Panther, another superhero movie with a ridiculous budget and lackluster special effects. Kitt posted...
