Yes, but I still literally understand nothing about why those terms should mean anything to anyone in the same sentence, or why some people are going to have a radically different response to them than others.

I'm assuming there's context there I'm entirely missing. Probably some millennial Twittery nonsense.

That whole Shane thing was a last minute change because of so many people backing out of Sexist Fest 2018.

Actually, the reverse is apparently true. People in the know have said that the entire point of the whole tournament from day one was solely so that Shane could win it in exactly the way he did.

Supposedly the WWE decided that the only viable solution to the weak SmackDown ratings was to get a heel McMahon authority figure into the show, so the entire tournament was supposed to piss people off to help turn him.

Also supposedly, they backed off the idea (maybe - they might still be doing a slow burn double turn between him and Miz based on the PPV Sunday) because the Daniel Bryan turn happened and they didn't want to turn them both at the same time.

In fact, I didn't even watch Survivir Series last night. My wife asked me, and I pl went, "meh." And that settled that debate. I'm going to go look up the results last night, and be disappointed by what I read.

I'm not going to say it was good, but it was certainly a lot of unexpected, and I found it enjoyable in a watching a car crash sort of way.

Then again, I was also at least somewhat inebriated, which I knew going in was probably going to be necessary to enjoy the show as a whole.
