Representative Christina Hagan, the lead sponsor of the bill, said in an interview on Friday that it was crafted specifically to challenge Roe v. Wade Well it's probably going to work. I doubt it'll conquer Roe v. Wade though. This is what happens when five people decide national policy, instead of the 486 people specifically elected to do so.
