People can and sometimes will pick and choose based on price or perceived quality. If In Townsville Mr Surgeon #1 charges 10K to fix a hernia and has a good reputation but Mr Surgeon #2 charges 8K and also has a good reputation who is gonna be doing more surgeries? --- ...
