Every single reacquired property has been rebooted. Hulk, Spider-Man, Daredevil, Punisher, Ghost Rider, were all rebooted. There is therefore zero reason to believe that the X-Men won't also be rebooted. So the current Deadpool franchise will not be canon to the MCU.
