I've been to Chipotle many times and I still don't get this. So are they:

(1) Ordering food, and just taking the bag and running out the door? Because if so, that's a snatch and run, not really a dine and dash. Most Chipotles have security cameras and the cops can easily be called on them and they can be easily identified.

(2) ordering food and getting served while seated, then skipping out on the bill? Because that's an actual dine and dash that you can do at a sit-down restaurant with servers. But I have never seen a Chipotle do that, and I've been to them in Vegas, L.A., Chicago, Texas locations, St Louis, and Columbus.

It was a group of people.
All they had to do is ask for one bill/ticket and have the last guy order really slow so that they can't give a final total.
Once the others get their food leave instead of ordering.
