I implied no such thing. My point is that people view the old Bond with nostalgia glasses, and that Connery Bond was actually quite nastily misogynist. What that implies is a bunch of things. It might just be the case that people like seeing women demeaned and reduced to objects. On CE this isn't an unlikely explanation. More importantly it justifies a big change like Craig in today's political climate. I'm not saying one is better than the other, you can think what you will about Craig.
