Why don't people understand this?

I think people do understand. But every once in a while, Ill wake up and cant get back to sleep. Or just want a snack. Sometimes, you wake up for a specific reason.

Also, I believe for good sleep, you should sleep for like 4 hours, wake up and do stuff, then sleep a little more. They said that was how they use to sleep. And that it was probably better to sleep that way. But, sleep is also weird and pretty much every study says different things. I saw a video where they sort of mention how the studies all vary...
