I think CS2 is more even about it but it's been a bit since I postponed my replays when the PS4 announcement came. Gameplay-wise, it's getting really annoying that the quartz bonuses are flat and not percentage-based. +10 to a stat that's already 600 is kinda meh. Don't really have much to add here, except that horses are awesome and I miss them already. lol yeah Quartz in this game are pretty much all about arts/miscellaneous effects. If you have the patience to farm sepith like me you can basically get the best of both worlds by getting a fair amount of the (R) version of the arts quartz which'll give you a stat bonus with it.
