SSJSephirothGokuX123 11/26/18 11:10:16 AM #145:	Phoenix is one the rare fights where Relm's USB is better than Elara's because of how fast he hits so regenra can't keep up, but as pointed out earlier you gain so much meter that if you have an entrustbot and Lionheart RM on Relm you get constant instant casts. Seems like Manticore is also super fast like Phoenix which isn't going to be as fun since fire mages are squishy... And he has water attacks to boot. At least on a positive note I got Lann's USB on the daily! It's like Sabin's USB but with one less hit for stoneskin and a crit boost, and it's a fire boosting thrown weapon with decent magic! Now if only I had a fire chain, all these good fire DPS relics for both mage and physical but no chain to fight the 5* ice Magicite next month... --- https://imgur.com/6AevF0Y LOL!!!!
