Topic	Bethesda Game Studios to face a class action lawsuit regarding Fallout 76.

It's not hard to imagine someone buying the game, downloading it, and then can't patch the game due to their datacap. But, because in order to install the patch, you need to open the game and see that "oh, I can't download this". Meaning they can't play it for a fing month, which seems fair for a refund. But, their policy is specifically if they even downloaded the game.
