And if that patch causes the game to exceed the advertised system requirements, it's perfectly reasonable to expect them to issue a refund to those who are no longer able to meet the updated requirements.

If I remember correctly, patches correct errors, they are not additive.

It's assumed functional, not advertised as such, and a free repair was issued.

Acting smug because you're protected by European law while looking down on people who have no such laws and instead rely on lawsuits to accomplish exactly the same thing is pretty laughable.

Isn't it embarrassing to live in a country that makes you grovel for repairs and lets you throw cash down the drain to be told "the issue has been resolved"?
