Lemme tell you something; there is very little legal standing for this "case". You have a datacap? Not Betheda's problem. You encountering glitches in a game that they openly stated would have issues? Buyer's remorse isn't a valid reason. Any other shallow arguement? Not Bethesda's problem. If you can't stand this "injustice"?
