I don't think there have ever been wild goats killed in the show. I know a wild pig was killed, and chickens won in rewards always end up being eaten (with one extremely notable exception where a rooster was kept as a pet, given a name, appeared with a castaway in some of his confessionals and was released back into the wild at tribal council one night).
