I went through (with a simple script and some minor input from me so I'm like 99% sure these are right) all the 1 vs 1 contests and found 34 characters who have never lost to someone outside of the Noble Nine. Unlike Crono, Mega Man, and Snake. COWARDS. Most of these guys are scrubs, but there are three that just didn't make it into all of the contests for some reason.
