The Harvard student is battling her peers and landlord claiming she shouldn't have to incur additional expenses as a result of being asked to leave when she's within her right to "bear arms" A letter was sent to her when the roommates asked for mediation after she agreed to go but then she decided to stay after changing her mind. She is angry that they rummaged through her things after finding a MAGA hat and was suspicious of her and then found the 2 firearms in her room. She said "A few weeks ago i came back to my apartment from a weekend trip and was confronted by one of my roommates who asked if i had guns in the house. After being told far too many lies to count, my roommates finally admitted that they searched my closet, under my bed and all of my drawers in pursuit of finding my guns. When i asked themw hy they were in my room to begi nwith, they each came up with completely contradicting stories but one comment struck me in particular. The students said they were comfortable with her staying if she secures her guns. The Girl who complained was from France and suffers PTSD after her friend was killed in a mass shooting and the landlord, Dave Lewis thought it be best if she found some place else to live. But Pirnie says she is being prejudiced to legally own a firearm who says that she wants it for protection who says she has a real and legitimate reason to why she should be able to protect herself. When she and her dad refused to disrupt her studies for relocation, the landlord warned she will be faced with a hefty bill if she doesn't leave to find replacements for her SIX other roommates who would otherwise leave if she doesn't..
