| Topic | So now that it's December, what's your Game of the Year (GotY)? |

I'm planning on getting God of War, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Assassin's Creed: Odyssey, Spider-Man, and Red Dead Redemption 2 eventually, but for most of them I'm holding off to see if they release any GotY Editions with all DLC included. And even where that's not an issue (like in Red Dead's case, where I assume all DLC is going to be free and only for multiplayer anyway, a la GTA), I almost always wait at least a full month minimum for patches to come out, because way too many games these days are borderline unplayable at launch due to all the bugs and critical glitches. I might also get Vampyr or Call of Cthulhu at some point, but while both games seem like things I'd like in theory, both have been criticized for having a lot of technical problems or design flaws that would probably keep me from really enjoying them, so I might not get them after all.
