The best part of that book was when Guderian talked about Hitler's idea to have guys armed with Anti-Tank rockets (Panzerfausts) ride around on bicycles. Wouldn't they be kind of...heavy? Wouldn't it be hard to aim them, while riding a bicycle at the same time? The problem was, Hitler thought he knew pretty much everything about the military, while really he'd only been a low-ranking guy when he fought in WW1. And, of course, by the end of WW2, he'd become so paranoid / unhinged that he thought all his generals were either incompetent, or "betraying" him.
