I'm always thinking ahead to the future because it means I don't have to think about the present! what job you ultimately want to land yourself in 10 or 20 years down the line? This job I've been hired for can be a career in federal government if I want it to be. We'll see how it goes. I've also thought about potentially going back into nonprofits in a management role, or joining a think tank as a lead analyst. what age you want to retire at? where you want to live, and who you want to live with? Never thought about retirement age honestly; people in my family tend to live long and work good jobs until they feel like stopping. I'm always thinking about relocating abroad to Canada or the Netherlands. I can't predict who I'll live with because I don't know whom I'll meet over time; that's why I dropped shit like "get married" from my plans.
