What kind of 50+ year old woman goes out past midnight on a Friday to give money to panhandlers? I'm not blaming her, to be clear, I'm just wondering if the official story we're getting matches what happened cacturne In the article it reads that she was in the passenger seat with her family in a car driving down a street and noticed the fake panhandler.
