In my opinion, people shouldn't be getting up in arms over things like that when it's a matter of "not the character's original body." Same as in Altered Carbon for example. On a side note, I went on imdb to look up Diablo 3 voice acting because I know not all characters are voiced by people of their presented race and I thought I recognized a voice or two from a few animes I've watched. I was wrong about the voice actors being the same people and ended up going down a nearly hour-long rabbit hole and found like a ton of other stuff the Diablo 3 voice actors have done that I didn't even know about, including one whose picture I only "sort of recognized" even though she's one of the main characters of a show that's currently running and I just watched an episode yesterday. When I saw the show in her credits I was all "wtf how did I not immediately know who she was >_<" (she had a thick accent voicing in D3 though) --- "No one cares about Chill or Coth or Error or Dawkins or whatever any of the other drama queens are." -UnfairRepresent ...
