| OwlRammer 12/09/18 8:55:43 PM #35: | I don't see an issue with what they are doing in this instance, it's just stuff promoting the DLC and the pro tour during loading screens, not really that big of an issue by itself. The bigger problem is that the video game industry (at least the big AAA developers) has shown time and time again that if you give them an inch they'll take a mile and try to milk things for as long as possible before moving on to some other money making scheme at the expense of the players, so this happening could potentially turn into full blown third party ads later down the road. I'd like to think that wouldn't happen any time soon, if ever, but given how they haven't stopped trying to milk people out of more money I wouldn't be surprised if it did eventually turn into this --- ...
