conspiracy against the united states is where we are at presently vis-a-vis their negotiating for information acquired from the DNC hack, but if his campaign's contact with wikileaks included any assistance to them, he'd be guilty under the legal definition of giving aid to an enemy of the state. ditto for the hackers, really--if there's material payment for that information, it'd constitute aid to the enemy and be treason.
it's already illegal to take their information as a gift, but it's significantly more illegal to buy it.
that hasn't been demonstrated in public filings, but it's strongly implied by what has been released, and we know the investigation has not released everything. we'll see how far it goes when the case goes to court.
