This is fucking disgusting. Capcom just needs to sell of their franchises and fold at this point.
Capcom is a top tier developer. Also the post is worded poorly, seems you don't lose money for turning off ads. Instead they'll give you bonus money for keeping ads on.
So either you deal with ads and get more money and access to content unavailable before this update, or keep them off and lose access to nothing you have access to right now.

Just like pay to win games arent actually pay to win. People who dont pay thousands for ingame bonuses just get the "normal" experience.
That is in no way comparable to giving a small bonus for allowing ads ---
