I think a lot of games advertise new content in game, including CoD. I'm 100% fine with it if it's limited to the menu screen or if it doesn't really look out of place in game (Such as the way there is some light advertisement in game in Rocket League). It happens to simultaneously be one of the best and least expensive places to advertise it. But I definitely draw the line at the way they seem to be planning to do it, assuming they are literally putting it on people's clothes and putting it in backgrounds that just makes it look tacky and way out of place.
