The difference is that those people will have actually given the show a few watches at least until they got to the parts that they think "oh ok yea I don't like this" and drop it. Nah, I know plenty of people who brush things off after I give a summary or give the genre. There are some things that some people just don't like and don't wanna watch. Bane_Of_Despair posted... I mean it's at a point now that even if you decided to give it a shot, you've built it up to fail in your eyes so there probably isn't any point to this now. Not true. For example, I hated Persona for a long time. A REALLY long time. Never gave it a chance, brushed it off every time I saw it brought up. I just sat there playing my mainline SMT ignoring Persona. Was finally convinced to give it a shot and it turned out much better than I thought. Still nothing compared to mainline SMT, but still an enjoyable series. Bane_Of_Despair posted... But your total brushing off of it with "nah it has idols in it man" is quite ridiculous. Call it ridiculous. Call it irrational. Call it whatever you want. I don't like idols. I don't have any interest in anything related to them. I'll give damn near everything else you could imagine a shot. But I just don't like Idols. --- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
