Weightlifting really is the only fountain of youth. alcb as in arms legs chest back? deadlift plateaus were the exact opposite for me. those were the ones i always seem to be able to break through, especially using a 531 program and going down 70ish pounds once i stalled out. once i got back up to that weight i was stuck at id usually be able to progress another 30ish pounds before i needed to do it again bench on the other hand is where when i hit a plateau i just have nothing for it --- Sess Of the superuser "merSHINEsess" ...
