your situation wont just go away so something like this may actual help the healing, and when it does end up purging hopefully it comes at a time where you are in a better stage of healing as well

Just finally read your update FD.
I feel for you and your wife man.
My wife had 2 miscarriages and was told by the doctor that she'd likely never have a kid because she was diagnosed with PCOS. But then one day she could and we had 3 kids in a row.
I don't know if it was just chance or some sort of miracle but when the time was right it happened. It's very well possible it can happen for you too.

That must have been really discouraging after the second one too keep pressing on, but then it's very encouraging to hear that it went so well after that. Though if you don't mind me asking, how old were you both? ---
