It feels to me like they did a better job of focusing on the aspects of the novels which were cut from the adaptation of the first book; more internal thoughts from characters to give them more depth, more dialogue based interactions between people. Everything about this just feels like it was done so well and I enjoyed watching it from start to finish. Like if the rest of the show is this quality or better I would finally say it was more of a GREAT adaptation of a great series rather than just a good adaptation of a great series. Imaginator was bae and also life the flashbacks were used really effectively this time and it felt like the flow of time was a lot easier to understand. it had about the same linearity as episode 2 which I feel like is a lot more important when you're establishing a new arc. please just continue the show in this style and I will be happy, anime gods. --- I can see a better time, when all our dreams come true https://imgur.com/XMoEx ...
