I feel like these really good thrillers tend to have pretty weak, predictable first episodes, and it's after that when you can start to figure out just how good they are gonna be. Norman was a legend in this episode. He's officially my favorite now. Emma was really good too. Ray didn't get to do much but he feels like he has the most room for development, which could make him really have an advantage over the others. I was feeling the Death Note vibes in this one more than Code Geass, yeah, so now my expectations are gonna be a bit higher.
