Since she's merely part of a roster, her status as Overwatch's icon shouldn't set her apart the way it distinguishes the likes of Mario and Crono (which I would say Ryu provided evidence of last contest), and she's also a very polarizing character. Furthermore, even if you give Tracer a generous amount of credit compared to D.Va, she's still comfortably below the fodder line, whereas Pac-Man was comfortably above it in 2018. Relatedly, when you consider how bad Ryu and Sephiroth looked last contest, I think Shepard would struggle to beat Garrus's mark on Squall. (1) Solid Snake vs. (16) 2B (8) Ms. Pac-Man vs. (9) M.
