I have like two golden heroes I think.

Shaman, which makes a lot of sense. Enjoyed the class since launch. Played a decent amount during the shamanstone era (post-nerf at least; I wasn't into the hyper aggro face version, but I was totally into the slower inspire version with Thunder Bluff Valiant). Didn't have a golden portrait from this, but it probably got me half way there.

But then Witchwood came out and I...immediately started innovating with Even Shaman in wild. There were no netdecks for it at the time, I think I might have been legit one of the first innovators, so I had like...Nerubian Eggs and Haunted creepers with Dire Wolf Alphas and Flametongue totems to activate them. Obviously pretty different than the list people ended up with, but was still a good enough deck to climb to like rank 3 or something.

Simultaneously, I didn't have a standard deck, heard Shudderwock Shaman was a really high skill deck, started watching streamers to get a feel of the deck, put together a version and...lost for about 10 games before I fully got my head around it, then took that deck to legend cause I had a lucky streak and had not hit legend before.

So...all of those together got me one class to 500 wins early last year. (Currently at 766 on Shaman)

Towards the end of last year I also got hunter to 500 wins. I don't think I actually had a single meta Hunter deck during that time, but like...I did really enjoy Deathstalker Rexxar, and kept homebrewing decks to put him in right from the launch of TFT. My hunter decks were all memes, and most of them ran Primordial Drake and The Lich King, but they were memes that could still get wins in the rank 5-3 range. Currently at 523 on Hunter.

Pretty close on Warlock (488)--makes sense, there's often a zoo deck, and while it's usually not my favourite deck, I usually have it built. Also been playing a lot of Even Warlock in wild lately.

Pretty close on Paladin (467)--I played a decent amount of Secret Paladin back in the day, and still have the deck around so that even if I don't have a standard Paladin deck I can complete quests in wild. Also messed around with Kagnor's Endless Army a bunch last year, and seem to have a fetish for Even decks cause I played a bunch of Even Paladin too.

Surprisingly not that close on Mage (377) and Druid (351). Certainly classes I've played since beta and where I keep around 1-2 wild decks at all times. I've even played a bunch of wild Even Mage lately.

Closer than I thought on Rogue (423). I actually don't even know where those Rogue wins are coming from. I guess I had a huge thing for Unearthed Raptor, to the point that the first Wild deck I ever built was a homebrew Unearthed Raptor Nerubian Egg deck which I literally still haven't deleted, but like...I actually can't think of a time where I played a Rogue meta deck for more than a few games here and there. I suppose super early in the game I...correctly identified Rogue as having a really strong hero power, and absolutely loved shadowstepping Defias Ringleader so there's that. I remember doing that when Patron Warrior was a thing, and it fucking sucked cause you couldn't play 2 attack minions in that meta or you literally gifted them free patrons. I also remember trying to make mech Rogue a thing. And I built Dane Rogue in Wild (The Kobold Illusionist Silver Vanguard Kel'Thuzad deck). OK, I guess I've played a lot of bad Rogue decks.

Priest is at 171. Yeahhhh...I did not have Anduin, or Psychic Scream, and being F2P kept on being wishy washy about crafting them (literally could not try out the decks they were in cause they're so core). Also never opened Kazakus. Guess what format also requires all or most of those cards to play Priest? Wild! But hey, I did have an Even Priest deck for a hot minute, so there's that.

Warrior 130. Literally never open Warrior cards. Fucking 0 shield slams and 1 brawl after 5 years. Still no Grommash. (Also no Boom). F2P life.
