Topic	What's your opinion on humanitarian aid to impoverished nations?

More importantly, much of the aid doesn't improve the nations' long term prospects and you run the risk of creating dependency. Unless you fundamentally change the culture, anything you do will very often be completely useless. Without the right culture in place, even regional investment (which does a fuckload more than humanitarian aid) won't have a lasting impact. SunWuKung420 posted...
