I dont think this can be said enough. I dont understand why these things are happening anymore, everything happening just screams how NOT to live life on a planet

There's an old George Carlin bit where he basically says conservatives preach about the sanctity of life right up until the moment you're born, at which point fuck you, you're on your own, or at least until you're old enough to join the military, at which point they like you again.

I have never seen anything that contradicts that assessment.
