Noname - she doesn't have that much stuff, but she's one of my favourites

Earl Sweatshirt - go in order of release imo - Earl, Doris, I don't like shit, Some rap songs. his early stuff is super raw and it's all great

Tribe Called Quest - my favourite is Low End Theory but you honestly can't go wrong with them. People's Instinctive Travels, Midnight Marauders, and We Got it from Here are awesome

Guru's Jazzmatazz series is another solid one

I also highly recommend early Kanye - Through the Wire, College Dropout, Late Registration (my personal fav of his and probably in my top 5 hip hop albums ever), and Graduation
