You are speaking emotionally. The fact is that a fetus is not a person. Pick up a human biology textbook and educate yourself. Or continue screaming about how your feelings matter more than reality.
A human is a human regardless of what the law says about personhood. And biology textbooks are agnostic regarding the law: they only use terms like fetus to be unambiguous in conversations and medical journals, not to dehumanize the unborn.
