I used to until I overworked myself and injured my left ankle. It wasn't a sprain or anything and I went to the foot doctor. He told me it was probably the tendon and that I need proper days off as to not over work it.

The pain stayed for like 3 months so I couldn't do many workouts, especially cardio related. I couldn't lunge, squat, jump, or even get in pushup position without my ankle hurting. Needless to say, I put on like 10-15 pounds.

Now everything is good to go, but I got this new job where I pretty much have 9-10 hour days of work (if you include commute to and from work that's another 90 minutes gone). By the time I get home I'm too damn tired so I nap and I only have so much time to do chores, make dinner, get my 30-60 minutes of video games, and have social activities.

So now I only work out Friday-Sunday. It's not much but I tell myself it's better than nothing I suppose.
