When you have liberals advocating for late term abortions, like in New York, youre going to have conservatives pushing to the other extreme, which is a ban on the procedure almost entirely. I dont know why people didnt foresee this coming. "Liberals" weren't advocating for late term abortions in New York. When you say that, you are spreading a lie. New York simply wanted it to be legal for non-viable late term pregnancies to be terminated. That way women aren't dying of sepsis due to a literal rotting corpse inside of them. If thats the reason they gave, then its bullshit because you can go up to a month before the corpse causes an infection. Two things will happen depending on the month, preterm labor if its before 39 weeks and term delivery after 39 weeks. Theres almost no reason to justify a third trimester abortion unless its something that will immediately affect the mother. Would you be cool with a dead corpse inside you fornan entire month??... Im saying the human body takes care of the issue itself. Yaaa... the same way it can literally fail and die during a natural childbirth to a healthy baby... the body isnt infallible --- Same sex marriage is not gay privilege, its equal rights.
