It sounds like they turned some pretty mediocre content from the manga into solid content for the anime, but I haven't seen it. I figured the season would be moving at a faster pace than it seems to be, which is why I had zero faith in season 3 at all, but it looks like they intentionally slowed things down to avoid reaching the part of the manga where goes full fucking shit show. Now that I think about it, I guess they realised it wasn't going to be worth forcing themselves TO adapt...THAT part of thr manga when the sales totally crashed because of the 4 year delay. --- ...
