I don't think I specified 'useless to everyone', more like not a necessity to everyone as some think. Not a necessity, sure. But that fits a lot of things that make life easier or better. A car, for example. Especially since you dont seem to be that far from work. Food that taste good. As long as you get enough of it and you basic nutrients, you should be fine. Even a house.
