To use Trump's words, they have experience, but it's bad experience. You would be surprised how many major changes teachers and admins would make if they were allowed to. I have heard so many educators talk about how we need to change testing or get rid of summer vacation but administrators cant do it because the public gets upset if they change anything and the department of education is run by a lot of people who dont want change and to often aren't even educators.
