I've always said it's not trolling if I'm right. This was my experience. What possible reason could I have to make this up? It was temporary because over the course of a couple weeks (I had more than one problem with this) I did finish the game. Then proceeded to eradicate Steam from my PC. The forums were no help, got the boot.

If I was connected to DL stuff then why would it have to connect again? Hell, if it's an offline SP then why even connect in the first place? I'd understand perfectly if I was playing CS or something. Because things were up and down for a while I alternated between online UT/Quake and offline games. Until this fiasco anyway.

They screwed me and deserve to close. I wasn't going to be burned twice. Especially if this is what can happen with any digital content. They just take it away with no reason or refund. Then once you consider that physical discs drop in price way faster than digital it's almost silly to not stick with discs.

So yeah while I'm pretty much never going back to PC gaming at this point it's nice to know that somehow they're going to get what they deserve.
