Topic	I can't tie a tie no matter how many videos I watch about it

If you really can't figure it out (this is still blowing my mind) at least try to find one that's tied like a real tie but with a permanent, adjustable neck loop Clip ons are used instead of ties for people who have to dress up around criminals but don't want ties to be potentially used to kill them (probation/parole officers come to mind immediately) Yeah but while I find clip ons fine for those who dont know how to tie a tie due to it being a rarity for them I hate the idea of correctional officers/cops etc wearing ties even clip ons. Uniform should be practical over how professional it looks. Hell a clip on can be ripped off and used to strangle you with I'm sure. Evn thoug people find the look more intimidating I feel they should wear a more tactical looking uniform What about if they spray paint the tie on? That would look horrible lol. But seriously I wish the world would get over what looks "professional" I get it in a business where you might stand to lose costumers but law enforcement doesnt have that issue. Correctional officers shouldn't have to dress up, I agree. They won't lose customers. It's as if they're held captive I say cops too. The uniform should suit the job. And even hair lenght policy. My mom worked with a dude that fought and won his case to have long hair and in most jobs id agree long hair shouldnt be a issue but in a prison its something the inmates can grab ahold of. I feel the women should probably keep short hair too.
