It isn't spoken at all. Just like you don't make an ee sound when you say kyu (q).

I didn't say they couldn't make it. I said they would need to practice. Just like Japanese people need to practice sounds not present in their language to learn English. And no that sound isn't present in English. Give me a single English word with the "Ryu" sound in it. People wouldn't struggle to say a sound if it was present in their language. That should be obvious. Feel free to continue throwing a temper tantrum in your reply though.
